Spinach Artichoke Dip

Costco spinach dip

1 tub of Publix spinach and cream cheese dip

1 block of cream cheese

Half cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Heat on stove top until bubbly serve with tortilla chip


Pimento cheese and pepper jelly cup

Store bought pimento cheese

Jar of pepper jelly

Store bought Phyllo cups

  Fill cups with pimento and top with a pepper jelly. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes until hot.


Beef Tenderloin

Pat tenderloin dry with paper towel. Rub with bacon grease, salt and pepper liberally. Place in 425 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 275 and cook 10 minutes per pound of beef. Let rest for 15 minutes and slice thin.


Creamy horseradish sauce

1 cup Mayo

1 cup sour cream

½-1 jar of graded horseradish depending on how spicy you want it.

Couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Juice of half a lemon

  Mix together a refrigerator over night


Bacon wrapped dates

Cup bacon into thirds. Wrap around a pitted date. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes till crispy.

  Stuff with bri or blue cheese for a special treat and drizzle with hot honey


Ham and Swiss sandwiches

Pack of king's Hawaiian rolls

Sliced ham

Sliced Swiss cheese

1 stick of butter

Tablespoon brown sugar

Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons poppy seeds

  Layer ham and Swiss on rolls. Mia all other ingredients together with melted butter. Poor on top of rolls and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Slice and serve.


Big panty punch

Equal parts Malibu coconut rum and orange juice. Cranberries juice for color. Sliced pineapple and oranges. Freeze cranberries in water overnight and float in punch bowl to chill.


Christmas mule

2 ½ cups vodka

2 cups ginger beers

Juice of two limes

Juice of one orange

½ cup cranberry juice

Several dashes of orange bitters 

Sliced limes and oranges

  Mix together and chill


Hot Crab dip

1 cup crab meat

2 blocks of cream cheese

1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Old bay seasoning

  Mix together and bake at 350 till hit a golden brown. Serve with tortilla chips.



Baked goat cheese

1 jar rao’s marinara sauce

1 log of goat cheese

   Pour sauce in baking dish and place goat cheese in the middle. Baked at 350 til hot and melted. Serve with sliced French bread.
